Pierre Noel at JLRM was the best! The entire experience was seamless. He was honest and warm and delivered the car I wanted without any issues and quickly. It took about an hour of phone calls to get me a car I wanted and when I drove in the next day, the car was waiting and within an hour I’d had traded in my old car and bought the new one and left the dealership. Pierre is the best.

Very good service and professional team. My 2016 Range Rover had engine cooling issue, luckyly i was not far from the dealership. They took my car right away, found the problem and resolved it ASAP. I have a 2005 Range Rover hse and after going to many supposedly Range Rover repair shop and spending a lot of money trying to get my suspension fixed. I was charged for many parts in different repair shops and never getting it fixed properly. . I learned that Manhattan Range Rover labor rate was much higher than anyone else but in the long run it’s cheaper than all the other shops never fixing it properly. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with a 6 year extended warranty with the option of buying an additional year. The contract I received shows in writing that my extended warranty expired April of 2022, although when i went in for service where there were issues with the vehicle costing over $2,000 i was told that the extended warranty loaded into the database was listed as expired as of April of 2021. The service of my Jaguar Fpace at Jaguar Manhatten is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor but I trusted there service from previous experiences. When my car was returned to me, I was missing my weathertech trunk liner, Yetti cooler and snow brush. Ive been in contact with the service manager Ben and service rep Catherine. There has been no urgency or care to rectify my stolen property. The service department should be ashamed. Extremely bad service.Staff were rude and very unprofessional. I scheduled a oil change 2weeks in advance.They assures mw the car would be ready in max 1.5hours.I called again the morning of the appointment to double check.I drove 1 hour to the appointment to be told the car had to stay 24hours for a oil change.They didn’t offer a loaner or were not apologetic in any way .

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. We dropped our car for repair on 1st or June. They said someone will call back and give an estimate and time frame. After calling 30-40 times someone called back and nothing was done for days and then they gave us 11000 bill for a 2000 job. In addition we didn’t get the car for over 40 days for a very minor work. Worst service, over priced and a total ripoff. Dropped the car off for some error message and they didn't bother doing what I asked. They wanted a $3500 to replace a water pump, I was told that it requires 9 hours to do the work witch it is ridiculous. I was told that it was very difficult work to be done. I ended up buying all the parts that was needed to do the work, water pump, inlet pipe, two O ring gasket for less then $290 from a Range Rover dealer and got the work done by my self and toke ...

The WORST service possible. This is my third experience with them. Dropped the F-Pace off for a scheduled service by 8 am. Was told service manager would be in later and would call to confirm issues. 2 pm now and have called and left message for service manager - no call back. Over a month to get an appointment for a one year old Range Rover with a short. Then billed me for un needed service and refused to do an inspection without replacing 2 tires for 1500$ 😂😂😂. And this took 10 days. Oh and I got the car back with the check engine like on. $100,000 for this. No thanks.

Just purchased a CPO Range Rover Sport from a dealer in South Jersey. Since Manhattan is literally across the river (I can see them from my apartment in Weehawken), I was intent on making them my service center of choice. As I was driving through the Lincoln Tunnel, I heard my key lock cover come off of my driver side door. After my meetings in the city, I drove right over to JLR Manhattan and told them what happened. It is unthinkable that my car has been with the service department for over a week without a loaner car being offered or available . It is nearly impossible to reach or get information from the service staff regarding status updates . Mind you the actual service on my car is scheduled just for a couple of hour but the lack of parts( bolts ) available has caused a 2 day delay.Frustrated owner!!!!!!!!!!
