Great customer service and good prices. No hidden charges or dealer fees they are honest and straightforward to deal with, no bait and switch. The only thing I would suggest for improving is knowledge of the options being sold in the car but otherwise they are very professional and courteous.

Pierre Noel at JLRM was the best! The entire experience was seamless. He was honest and warm and delivered the car I wanted without any issues and quickly. It took about an hour of phone calls to get me a car I wanted and when I drove in the next day, the car was waiting and within an hour I’d had traded in my old car and bought the new one and left the dealership. Pierre is the best.

Very good service and professional team. My 2016 Range Rover had engine cooling issue, luckyly i was not far from the dealership. They took my car right away, found the problem and resolved it ASAP. Advisors were very nice and professional, tachnician was very helpful as well and explained what was the problem. Definitely would recommend and only use this place.

I have a 2005 Range Rover hse and after going to many supposedly Range Rover repair shop and spending a lot of money trying to get my suspension fixed. I was charged for many parts in different repair shops and never getting it fixed properly. . I learned that Manhattan Range Rover labor rate was much higher than anyone else but in the long run it’s cheaper than all the other shops never fixing it properly. I came across exactly the type of car I was looking for online but these guys were about 120 miles from my house. Tough proposition but I decided to give a call. I highly recommend JLR of Manhattan. We leased our Jaguar F-Pace three years ago from Robert Perroni and have been very pleased with his service and support ever since. Worst service + receptionists. will never come back here again. my car has been at their location for over a week, half the staff can’t locate my car. they hang up on your face, promise a call back (which never comes by the way) and delay the pickup of your. also not even a loaner! have had no car for over a week.
I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with a 6 year extended warranty with the option of buying an additional year. The contract I received shows in writing that my extended warranty expired April of 2022, although when i went in for service where there were issues with the vehicle costing over $2,000 i was told that the extended warranty loaded into the database was listed as expired as of April of 2021. Be careful with Land Rover. I'm very disappointed with Land Rover engine quality as my car's mileage is only 23,000 miles, and to be a serious broken suddenly, three months from now, the manufacturer & dealer were not taken any action and not in responsibility. How's terrible?
Bad service you will have very hard time to contact their advisor, after service if same issue happens again, no one will pick up your call, read more about them before making deal with them
If I can give zero stars I will I’ve never experienced anything worse then this deal ship. This crappy dealership never answers the phone and don’t ever come here you’re wasting all your money to get no answers and no call back avails this dealership and someone should have to shut down this place.
These people are big time CROOKS and LIARS. Dropped off my car for the second time to get some faults corrected caused by JLD. Bill comes out to $6000+ again. Take note: These faults made by the JLD. My hood wouldnt shut. My booster brakes busted, my keys arent working, driver side windows main switch not working. JLD had my car for more than 4 months!!!! NOTHING WAS done!!! Run away. My Range Rover has been back 8 times over 3 months to fix the HVAC. Still isn’t fixed. Today I was told the service manager would call me to give me a status update. No call. They never call or text to update you on the status of your vehicle. Comically awful service. Run….
The service of my Jaguar Fpace at Jaguar Manhatten is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, pads and windshield wipers replaced. This was a very expensive endeavor but I trusted there service from previous experiences. When my car was returned to me, I was missing my weathertech trunk liner, Yetti cooler and snow brush. Ive been in contact with the service manager Ben and service rep Catherine. There has been no urgency or care to rectify my stolen property. The service department should be ashamed. Manhatten Jaguar and Land Rovers owners beware !
APPALLING! I would have given no stars. The service reception department is not capable of the most basic functions - from ignoring requests to non-communication - while they did not address the problems I had. I didn't realize that a Range Rover sport would be so badly manufactured, and even less that their service would be so incompetent.
It's never fun when something goes wrong with your car and you need to bring it in for service.
So when it happens, you want the right people on your side. People who are as professional as they are pleasant to work with. People who have your back throughout the process.

One of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with in my 45 years of car ownership. I get a new car every 2-3 years. Isaac, the GM, and Ben, the Service manager, have gone over and shove multiple times since getting my I-Pace in September. I wholeheartedly recommend Jaguar land Rover of Manhattan, both sales snd service.
Horrible service! Completely unhelpful. Won't answer phones, return calls or communicate. Each time I took my LR4 in for service they made mistakes and then refused to fix them. I am done using them. Totally incompetent! Don't go!
Service manager and the staff ( Karen Casado) were courteous and responsive. Kept me apprised of status and delivered my car to my garage when completed.

Dealership is under very bad management. Employees don't know what other departments are doing. Full of false promises, dates and numbers. If you are buying a JLR you don't need to accept this bad service.

I scheduled a oil change 2weeks in advance.They assures mw the car would be ready in max 1.5hours.I called again the morning of the appointment to double check.I drove 1 hour to the appointment to be told the car had to stay 24hours for a oil change.They didn’t offer a loaner or were not apologetic in any way .
